Elinta Robotics is implementing the project „Flexible quality control system using 3D technologies and AI methods” during which a new innovative product with high added value will be created during R&D activities.

The project is co-financed from the funds of the European Union Fund.
The goal of the project is to create an innovative quality control system that would be adapted to the specific requirements and challenges related to the management of the production process. The system developed during R&D activities aims to present an innovative solution to the market that would ensure high quality control efficiency. When defining the activities of the 3D sensor development and data processing project, the goal is to create a sensor that, together with artificial intelligence algorithms, accurately evaluates the geometric and other characteristics of certain objects and provides valuable information or makes decisions. The application of these technologies would reduce the risk of production defects and save production costs, human labor and improve product user satisfaction.
The creation of this intelligent and complex product would contribute to the successful development of universal, intelligent management and quality control systems and devices.
Development of Innovative Products
Elinta Robotics, JSC, is participating as a partner in the R&D project „Development of Innovative Products” conducted by JSC Terekas, during which new high value-added innovative products will be developed.

The project is co-financed from the funds of the European Union Fund.
Project objective: Through R&D activities, to develop PET container manufacturing equipment designed to produce packaging from preforms containing 100% rPET, and equipment capable of producing packaging up to 6 liters in volume from preforms containing 100% rPET.
The planned project activity involves resolving scientific/technological uncertainties, with the knowledge gained being used to implement new manufacturing technology and to create prototypes of two qualitatively new products. These products will be new on a global scale and patentable — the solution is expected to be patented at least at the European level.
As a result of the project, the products developed will enable JSC Terekas to expand its product range, increase the company's competitiveness in international markets, and significantly boost sales.
